Sedimentology with Laboratory
Description
Sedimentology with Laboratory. Origin and interpretation of sedimentary rocks with focus on interpretation of ancient depositional environments, sedimentary petrology and actualistic study. A major independent research project, conducted throughout the semester, is included. Field trips. Prerequisites: 125 plus pre- or co-enrollment in 123 or 127 or 129.
